migration from OUtlook Express

newbie, just wondering what the best way would be to do
this, I am migrating users from outlookexpress to outlook.

I want to back up a users outlook 2002 as well is it just
the outlook.pst file that I am concerned about
holds all the messages?
this is other than the addressbook

Exporting the messages from within Outlook Express is the best way to go.
If you import the addressbook from OE into the Contacts folder of Outlook
than backing up the pst-file will sufice.
