Migration From Outsourced Service

We are looking at migrating our accounts from an outsourced Exchange
server to an internal server. Are there any suggestions on the best
way to proceed, as we do not have file level access to the email/
calendars/contacts on the current server. Any suggestions would be
apprecieated.

If you don't have Exchange Server experience or anyone with experience
in migrating servers then hire a consultant. He can talk the lingo with
your current service provider and he'll be able to troubleshoot problems
as the arise. A consultant for this type of project would be well worth
the cost if your company is E-mail dependent.
