Migration issues from a 97/00 environment to a 2002 platform?

I'm concerned with Data loss. We're moving to an XP pro
desktop settup. All our data in Multiple Access databases
and moved inbetween multiple excel workbooks.

Has there been any significant bugs,or notable issues with
migration from 00 to 02?
