migration of MUI language settings

Hello,

I have to migrate Office 2000 MUI to Office 2003 EN Std with MUI Packs.
Office 2003 EN Std with MUI is a one package program.
Is it possible to migrate also the language settings selected by the user in
the previous Office 2000 MUI? if yes how?
