Hi,

We are having Windows Sharepoint services 2.0 and Office Project Server 2003
on a single windows 2003 server and we are trying to migrate to Windows
Sharepoint services 3.0 and Office Project Server 2007. The following are the
steps were performed

1. Windows Sharepoint Services 2.0 and Project Server 2003 has been upgraded
to SP2 and SP2a respectively.
2. Windows server 2003 has upgraded to SP2.
3. .Net Framework 3 has installed.
4. Windows Sharepoint Services 3.0 has installed.
5. Sharepoint configuration wizard has run successfully.
6. Microsoft office project server 2007 has installed. After this the
installation wizard prompt to run the Sharepoint configuration wizard. But
this configuration wizard failed here. The following are the detailed
information for the failure “Failed to upgrade Sharepoint products and
technologies. An exception of type
Microsof.Sharepoint.PostSetupConfiguration.PostSetupConfigurationTaskException
was thrown. Additional exception information: Failed to upgrade Sharepoint
products and technologies.â€
