Migration Office 97 to Office 2003

We are going to migration from Office 97 to office 2003,
We have almost 25 MDB files which have VBA and http links
same as Excel huge data files with http links and macros.
I know the steps of convertng those applications but I
don't have any idea what I need prerequist, drivers and
libraries files. same as References, DAO versions, service
packs and jet engines,and how I checks those are
installed. If any one knows I really appriciate it. I am
new please be easy and clearly.

Make backup copies of each. Make sure each compiles cleanly in Access 97.
Open them in Access 2003, and you should find that, unless you've got some
really weird stuff in your Access 97 databases, they get converted cleanly.
