Migration win32exception error

hi,

when I was trying to migrate from PS 2003 to PS 2007. I got the following
error prompting me to debug in Visual Studio:

"An unhandled win32 exception occured in P12migrationtool.exe[5960]"

This happens right after this line in the command prompt :
"Eglobal is not migrated. Starting migration of Eglobal
Starting upgrade of eglobal global20080516115111"

This is the last line in the migration log file :
"preparing Query exec dbo.MSP_P12UPG_DELETE_PROJECT_MAPPINGS ? "

I tried everything in Pre-Migration steps from the Migration
guide...everything is fine. I'm not sure why it stops here. Does anyone have
any idea ?

I tried a new and fresh copy of the tool and it works now. Thanks!
