Mileage report for US and CAN rates .. help !!

I am creating an expense report to be used to calculate mileage. Th
thing is this report will be used in Canada as well...and the mileag
rate is different.
Is there a way on the expense report to hav
the US rate in the cell be a drop-down function to recalculate for th
Canadian rate? Help!

use 'Data - Validation - List' for selecting your rate (see:
http://www.contextures.com/xlDataVal01.html) and use the value in this
cell in your formulas to calculate the total
