Milestone End Date

I have some milestones with durations > 0d, e.g., user
signoffs, but instead of showing the end date when the
task spans dates, it's showing the begin date. How do I
change this to show the end date? Project 2000 v9.0.

Go to Format menu / bar styles
Find and select the milestone barstyle.
Click on the "text" tab in the bottom of the dialog box.
Change "start" to "Finish"
Click OK.
