Milestones on Timeline is not configurable after saving

When I make milestones on timeline I can change milestone dates by clicking
with mouse's right pointer -> configure milestone etc.
When I have saved my .vsd document and I re- open it, this feature is lost.
It just says: Drag this Milestone marker to a Timeline shape and then choose
Configure Milestone.
