Milo: Can all email from a given domain be sent to Junk?

Almost daily, I get email from a certain domain (let's call it
annoyingcompany.com), though the part before the `@` keeps changing. I'd
like to say, `Send anything that comes from annoyingcompany.com to my
junkmail`, but I don't see any way in Outlook to do that for a whole
domain...just for individual emails.

Does this function exist?

Right click on a message.
Select "Junk E-Mail" and then "Junk E-Mail Options."
In the pop up window, click on the "blocked senders" tab.
Click on the "add" button and fill in the domain name.

I see @annoyingcompany.com right there in the list where i added it. It just
doesn't seem to do anything that affects putting it in my junk folder

Did you include the "@" in the domain name? If so, you need to make
the entry without that character. If not, there is another way.

Click:
Tools
Rules and Alerts
New Rule
Start from a blank rule (one of the two radio buttons at the top)

Select "Check messages when they arrive"
Next
Select "With Specific Words in the Message Header"
(Or you can select "With Specific Words in the Sender's Address")
Click on the link (Specific Words)
Type in the domain name
Click on Add
Click on OK
Select the action you want
(I recommend "delete it" until you are comfortable with this rule and
it's operation. In other words, don't permanently delete stuff until
you are confident you won't trash important stuff)
Next
specify any exceptions or simply click on Next
Finish
