Minimal permissions for a MAPI profile.

Hi All,

We have a situation where people need to access someone elses mailbox using
a separate/independant MAPI profile created for them for doing an email
merge. What minimum permissions that user must have before that can happen?

What access do they need to that mailbox? Do they need to see every folder? Some folders? Send with that mailbox's From address?

We are using an outlook/word addin by MAPILabs - Mail Merge Toolkit.
We getting support staff to send email merges on behalf of senior staff.
When it sends, it prompts for a profile, so I dont think the send on behalf
thing will work (which is what we normally use).

They dont need any access to read any message - only to send as them - but
via a profile - I hope that makes sense!
