Minimal PWA Functionality--please confirm my choices

OK, here's what I'm wanting to do..

1. Provide full capabilities of MS Project Pro 2003 to the appropriate
users

2. Provide full capabilities to Administrator for Admin features
needed (Project Pro AND PWA).

2. For PWA, only allow viewing of projects and its associated tasks,
and individual assignments (resource load balancing, etc. to PMs only).
No timesheet because I'm under the impression that if you can view
the timesheet you can update and submit time. Team members would just
use the Resources menu to view their own stuff (as long as security was
setup correctly so Team Members could access the Resource Center). I
don't want to open up any "cans of worms" to where people start
entering data (add, update, or delete), and attempting to submit things
online -- strictly read-only. "KISS" Principle.

Here's what I've set everything to.
-----------------------------------
Account Creation - all set to "Deny"

Admin - all set to "Allow"

Collaboration - all set to "Deny"

Enterprise Portfolio Management - All set to "Allow" except "Check in
my projects", "Change Password", "User defined 3", "User defined 1",
"User defined 2", Integration With External Timesheet System", "Go
Offline from Project Web Access" (those are denied)

Status Reports - all set to "Deny"

Tasks - all set to "Deny"

To-Do List - all set to "Deny"

Transactions - all set to "Deny"

Views - All set to "Allow" except "View Portfolio Analyzer", "View
Models", "View Risks, Issues, and Documents", "Adjust Actuals", "View
Adjust Actuals"

? ---- Do the "Set Personal Notifications" and "Set Resource
Notifications" need to be on in order for resources to receive email
concerning schedule changes or is that setup by default? It appears
some of the resources are already getting emails and none of them have
touched the PWA.

Any critique from you experts out there would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Obviously I mean 1., 2., 3., not 1., 2., 2. :)

Thanks ahead of time for your help.
