Minimising Resources in Resource Usage View

Hi,

This is more a MS Project question, then Project Server, so apologies if it
is the wrong forum.

Does anyone know how to minimise all the resources in the Resource Usage
view? There have been many people on the project over the course of its
life, and I don't want to have roll-up all their tasks by hand, or scroll
through pages, to get to the person I want to view in detail.

hi,
mark the resource name colomn then press "-" (minus) on the toolbar to rollup.
