Minimize Database window after Main Switchboard display

Hi,
I'm trying to figure out how to minimize the Database
window after my Main Switchboard is displayed. Thank you
for any help!

Click on tools at the top and then startup. In the
upperright there is a window display form page. Select
the name of the switchboard you want to start up when
opening. Un that uncheck the box Display database
Window. When you start up you will not get the database
window.
