Minimizing on startup

Hi,
I was reading the messages here and see that there is a way to start Outlook minimizied. How do you set it to start minimized on start up? Does the notifier then still tell you when you have new email?

Thanks

Create a shortcut to Outlook.exe and set the shortcut properties to start
Minimized. When you place this shortcut in your Startup folder in the Start
Menu it will start automatically on startup. No notifier isses.

Note that when you close Outlook in a maximized state Outlook won't start
minimized.
