Minimizing SwitchBoard

Is there a possibility to to make a SwitchBoard go minimized every time I
leave it (either by clicking OpenOtherForm button or by simply moving cursor
to already open OtherForm)?
I know that I can code every OpenOtherForm button on the Board, but then
minimzing won't happen when I'll just point the cursor to already open form.
In other words, how can I make the SB go down every time the other form is
being worked on (I must not be understanding the OnLostFocus event correctly,
because having DoCmd.Minimize in the OnLostFocus event of the SB did not do
the job)?
