This problem really bugs me.
1. Lets say we have a 5hr task that is scheduled to be done in 5 days. (that
makes 1hr of work per day = 13% Unit Utilization)
2. I add another task in one of the five days lasting for 1hr with 100%
utilization.
!!! I am immediately overallocated because the first activity takes 1.875
minutes for every 15 minutes and adding another activity where i'm using 15
minutes out of 15 overallocates me in that hour by 1.875 *4=7.5minutes.
My question is:
1. Can I make the system automatically add up the minutes for a task into
one block per day?
