Minutes of Meeting template for Infopath 2007

Does there exists templates for "Minutes of Meeting" with line items, actions
deadlines and responsible persons for Infopath 2007 ?

I don't think that there are any, but you can look on the MS Office market
place if you can find one. If you cannot find one, it shouldn't be too
difficult to built yourself, though.
