When I open a jpg or gif file, I receive an "unknown file
format" error. I have opened the files before and had no
problem. I installed QuickTime recently and thinking that
caused problems, uninstalled it. Still a problem. I
included ".jpg" in the name and the same error happened.
I have had 2000 pro installed for months and only recently
have been experiencing this error.
