Mircosoft project timeline in seconds?

I am trying to do a project on cycle time reduction on a Rotary Dial
Machining center and need to know if I can do a Project in seconds. The
smallest increment I can currently reach is minutes.

Hi,

You are right, minutes is the smallest (or tenth of minutes)
What you can do is enter it in minutes and interpret them as seconds i.e.
make every duration 60 times longer
