Mirosoft Office XP PRO

Apparently Microsoft does not support OEM version
although its got Microsoft logo and name all over the
place. I think this is really bad. First of all I
didn't know there is a difference between OEM and none-
OEM. Anyway I could download and update OFFICE SP1 but
when I try to update SP2 I got file not found on CD
(after I inserted my CD) the file apparently is
PRORET.MSI.
Can anyone out there help me? Thanks. No thanks to
Microsoft. Looks like I paid for retail and got the
cheaper OEM version.

A little research on your part would have yielded this information.
Microsoft is not to blame for your lack of research.

Also, if you take the time to read the EULA, it clearly states that the
installed software will be supported by the manufacturer of the PC.

What version of Office is listed under Control Panel->Add/Remove programs?
What version of Office do you have?
