Hello,
I have a Lenove and when I put it to sleep I can not get it back up unless I
hold down the on/off button for a few seconds.Computer then will come on
telling me that it was shut down incorrectly.
Runs it's test everything is Ok.
Then when I go to shut down computer it will not shut down I have to go and
turn computer off with on and off switch.
I was told by computer suppose that it has to do with Microsoft Windows.
They state that Microsoft is having issues.
Anyone else have this issue or answers for me to try?

Your question has nothing to dow with Microsoft Office. Try posting your
question in a newsgroup for the applicable version of Windows.

Debbie, this sounds ,ore like an operating system problem, not an office
application problem. Repost your question in the group for the operating
system you're running (e.g. Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 2000). You can
teel which one you have when you start your machine. The windows screen comes
up and it tells you which operating system you have.
