Mirror Imaging a Table

Hi folks.

I translate financial documents from right-to-left languages into
English. In the past, when I have come across a table, when
translating, I would create a new table trying to emulate all of the
properties of the original, and enter all of the data. This is a time
consuming process which can lead to errors.

Is there a way that I can create a "mirror image" of the table so that
the main column on the right becomes the main column on the left, and
so that all of the data also "mirrors" accordingly?

I found a temporary solution:
Open the file in Word 2004 for Mac, which, because of its "downgraded"
right-to-left support, automatically "mirrors" the tables anyway.
