Misconfigured for Exchange

HI,
I'm trying to configured outlook on a computer that someone went through the
script designating an Exchange server when there isn't one. We use POP3.
Now when I bring up Outlook it just says "server not found" and shuts down
the program. How can I blow away this bogus config and start over again?

'Control Panel|Mail', select the "Microsoft Exchange Server" service and
Remove it. Alternatively, click the "Show Profiles" button, Remove the
profile that contains the Exchange Server Service and Add a new profile with
only the POP3/SMTP service
