Miscrosoft Word

When starting Microsoft Word, it takes about 5 minutes before I can
use it (I go on to use other programs). Then after it is open, if I open
another file, I have to wait more than I would like (about 30 seconds). I
do not know how to uninstall the program and reinstall ti and maybe
that would fix it?

Any one else have this problem? How do I fix?

I have the same problem, but its less that 5 minutes. I only have this
problem when the network cable is plugged in... anyone know of a fix???
