The organization I work for recently upgraded their Visio 2000 to 2003
standard. I received a ticket where a user opening an older format document
cannot print the document (the pages come out blank). I tried the online
resource
"http://support.microsoft.com/?scid=kb;en-us;892371&spid=2529&sid=72" but was
of little help to me. I opened document in question, layout is landscape on
legal (coordinates start at 0" x 0"). I tried some page setup changes from
above document, previews and printouts still blank. However, I noticed that
in preview mode, although the dimemsions are the same, the coordinates do not
start at 0" x 0" (in this case, they started at 177" x 107").
To test this, I copied diagram contents to a new legal-sized drawing, and
had no problems printing. My question is, is it possible to synchronize
these co-ordinates without having to just re-create every document that comes
across with this problem?
If it helps, the OS we use is Windows 2000 SP4.
