Miss Record when I search and Textbox searching empty

Hi
When I make search or enter and textbox searching was
empty,
Suddenly I miss record no.1, when I make search again
with empty textbox I miss record no.2 and continue the
same problem.
I return the record by writing in the table in missing
field
