Misshapen controls on Tablet PC

I've made a form (controls on sheet) that looks all nice
and tidy on an ordinary computer, but when I run the file
on a Compaq Tablet PC, some controls are misshapen the
text in some become tiny. Does anyone know why this
happens and if there's anything one can do to prevent it?

It's the same on my Desktop with a rotated LCD screen.

It looks like it's a font rendering problem => Text is vertically
stretched if the screen is not 4:3 (My Rotated Nvidia is 1024 wide * 1280
high)

Solution?..
replace embedded controls with native (forms toolbar) controls.
no rendering problems and as an added bonus ... improved stability.
