Hi everyone,
I've been using Outlook's auto-archive feature at my company ever since
I started. It's been 2 years now and I usually don't have a problem locating
emails that have been archived until today. I was going through my emails
and I noticed that the entire month of October's 2008 emails had not been
archived. Everything else before and after that date was archived but not
that particular month in question.
Would anyone know why this has occurred? The only think I can think of
that might have attributed to this situation was that the company did do an
upgrade from Outlook 2003 to 2007. However, I do not remember exactly if the
upgrade occurred in the month of October though.
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
