Missing Access Wizards

I am running 3 versions of Microsoft Office Professional (97, 2000, XP)
on my Windows 2000 Professional computer. No Wizards are available in
Access 2000 or XP. I have been through all the fixes @microsoft.com and
earlier postings here. None have resolved the problem. Any and all
help will be greatly apopreciated. Thanks much.
