Missing Address Book 2007 after move to new computer

I have followed all the steps in the
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/HA102194281033.aspx doc, but still
am unable to designate the contacts folder as the address book.
This is for a major client, who is trying to send out a newsletter, but
can't.The addresses are in contacts bit not designated as an address book?
All help is appreciated!

In what way are you unable to do that?
Is the option to have the Contacts folder show up as an Address Book grayed
out for you?
Is the Outlook Address Book service already added to your mail profile?
Tools-> Account Settings-> Address Books

-The option is grayed out.
-Tools>Account Setttings> Address book already has "Outlook Address Book"
listed. And when I go to tools>
-And when I go to Tools>Address Book>tools>options>Show this address Books
First, is blank, and the options buttons add, Remove, Properties are graued
out.
