Missing appointment

I recently updated a recurring meeting proposal in my Calendar that has
several invitees. Unfortunately, it is not seen in my Calendar now, but is
visible in the invitees Calendars. I definitely did not delete it from my
Calendar, checked my Deleted Items also.

Though it's not visible, I seem to be getting reminder of the meeting every
week.

How can I restore (display) it in my Calendar?

I am seeing very similar behavior. We are running Exchange 2003 with Outlook
2003 SP2
