Hi,
I have a user who is using Office 2007 ontheir PC and therefore Outlook 2007.
All of our other users are on Office/Outlook 2003.
Our Exchange Server is 2003.
When a person books one of our meeting rooms, they book the appointment in
their calendar and invite the meeting room, flagging it as a Resource.
For the person with Office / Outlook 2007, the appointments appear in their
calendar but are not showing up in the Meeting Rooms calendar. This results
in anyone else with Outlook 2003 being able to book the room, therefore
effectively double bookings.
Anyone come across this type of problem were Outlook 2007 Meetings don;t
appear in Exchange 2003 ???
Ian
