Missing Attachments from Yahoo Mail users

Question. Whenever I receive a forwarded email from a Yahoo Mail user, there
is no attachment and no repeat of the forwarded text or item. There is simply
the words "Forwarded Message Attached." This happens from ALL Yahoo mail
users.

I'm using Outlook 2003.

It didn't always work this way, and I can't isolate an update or change that
may have caused it. Any ideas?
