Missing Border Art

Similar to a previous question on this board, I am missing border art in MS
Word 2003. On Format => Borders & Shading => Page Border tab, there is a
drop-down menu for Art borders, but it is completely empty. This occurs on
all systems within my organization. I have checked the install options, and
everything seems to be installed. Suggestions?

Hi Elambert,

Do you see the Border Art if you're logged in as Administrator?
In the Add/Remove Program choices for Office/Word 2003 the border
art choice (if not hidden by the administrator on install) would be
listed as 'Page Border Art' under the 'Microsoft Office Word' main choice.
If it is listed as 'run from my computer' then you may want to try
a repair reinstall.

Thanks for the quick reply. My normal login is both a local and doamin
admin, but I went ahead and tried under the local Administrator account as
well -- no change. I don't even show the option to add it from Add/Remove
Program choices.

One other thing that may be relevant is that we install Office as a network
deployment. The only thing we know that we have blocked from the deployment
is stationery, but we may have inadvertently shut off borders as well. We'll
check on that in the next day or two, but if you think of any other
suggestions, they would be appreciated.

Thanks.
