Missing Bound Text Boxes when OutPut Report to MS Word

I am outputting reports to MS Word. I use an identifying
number of my client to query the need information. It
works great until there is no information. Then none of
bound text boxes appear when I output it to MS Word. I
mean none of the bound text boxes to include the NOW
function or the page numbering. I want it to show the
Date, Page Number and some other Expressions I have built
even if there is no information on the client.
