missing/broken features in Entourage 2008

E'08 can't deal with .vcf files that I'm receiving (these are virtual card files that you are supposed to be able to drag into your address book). I have followed the instructions in Entourage help closely, but the .vcf card will not go into either of my Address Books.

Also, has anyone else noticed the "increase font size" command under the Format menu is grayed-out? Regardless of whether the message is open or I'm looking at it in the preview pane, I can't increase it's font size There also used to be a dedicated button above the message in the preview pane to do this, but that is now gone too.

Any suggestions?

Create a new Identity in Entourage and see if they will drag into the new
Identity. If that fails, Go to System Preferences --> Create a New User in
Accounts. Switch to the New User by logging out/in or use Fast User
Switching. Test Entourage there.

Try command =, easy to remember as it has the plus sign.

According to Entourage Help, the keyboard shortcut Command-Option-Shift-=
will increase the display size of the font in a message. However, it does
not work for me; it appears to be broken.

Try command plus key.

Command = does work, which is nice, since it's the same command used in most browsers. Too bad it's completely undocumented, as the previous post points out that Entourage Help calls for Command Shift Option =. Too bad they killed the dedicated button too, and still don't understand why the option is grayed out in my menus.

I will try the other .vcf workarounds later and report back.
