Missing Business Contact Manager

I recently used PC Mover to move Office 2007 from my old laptop to a new
desktop thinking that would be easier than doing a complete new install, and
for the most part, it's ok. But when Outlook starts up, I shortly get a
message that BCM is not present and would I like to work offline. I don't
even think I created any entries in BCM while using the laptop, but I can't
seem to get things pointed to the new system locations. Any suggestions?
