missing buttons

When I install Office 2000 Professional, my Outlook is
missing the "Send/Receive" button in Inbox. When I look
under "Add/Remove" there is no option for "send/receive".

When I go to send a letter and push "New", it does not
show me a "send" button.

Please advise.

Assuming Internet Mode; There is no 'Send/Receive' Btn
Tools/SendReceive, to action the process.

Actions/New Msg, send btn is at top left of menu

'Add/Remove'......???

No, it's also not in the tool menu
And no, it is not in the top left corner of new messages
I checked those already
Any other ideas please?

What exactly does it say about the App, in Help/About.
