Missing CAB file during attempted Installation

After wiping hard drive and resintalling XP, I was unsuccessful in
reinstalling Outlook 2003.

Installation Error: File Not Found
A required installation file CL561401.CAB could not be found.

I was then prompted to re-insert the installation CD, but the file was
apparently not found there.

Can I, perhaps, download the file from somewhere? Or perhaps there is
another solution?

By the way, Office 2000, including Outlook 2000, are currently installed.
Uninstalling Outlook 2000 did help with the Outlook 2003 install.
