missing Cab file for Frontpage

I am trying to reinstall Frontpage 2003 and keep getting 'required
installation file PR308246.CAB cannot be found. It's right there on the
install disk. I can see it. I tried copying the CD to my HD and installing
from there. No difference.

Help?
