Missing Calendar Appointments in Cached Mode

Hi,

When we create appointments using OWA they are not appearing in Outlook
if we use cached mode. Appointments created in Outlook appear fine in
OWA whether we use cached mode or not. I've seen this problem
discussed in lots of other threads but nobody seems to have a
resolution.

Has anybody any ideas how to fix this problem?

Restarted the server last night and this problem has disappeared,
although the current missing appointments need saving again within OWA
for them to re-appear in Outlook.
