missing calendar entries outlook and owa

Some users in our exchange environment have used their calendar via owa. When
they added an entry in their calendar, these two issues occur: the entry is
showing a wrong start and end time when they view the calendar via outlook or
the entry has disappeared completely from the outlook calendar.
Anyone with same issue or solution for this? Thanks, Marloes

For the time issue I'd double check the time zones set on everything (user's
computers, Outlook, OWA server, etc) just to make sure they're set
correctly.

Sounds like the server (accessed by OWA) has a different time zone setting
than the PC hosting Outlook.
