Missing calendar items

C

Chad

Our server was having a problem with the information
store being too large and that caused no end of
problems. This problem has been resolved. Several
users, however, have noticed that their calendar items
have vanished. Has anyone seen this happen or have any
ideas?

Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Hi Chad,

Dom is exactly right, if the start dates, or many other fields are blanked
out for one reason or another, Outlook will not display the items
correctly. Also, if in recovering your Exchange database you had to run a
hard recovery, it could be that you actually lost some data, and it just
happened to be in these calendars. Try what Dom suggested, and look at the
following articles for more information on Virus Scanners on Exchange
Servers.
