Missing Calendar Items

I have shared mailbox used for calendaring, hosted on Exchange 2007 SP1 server. We have 4 iPhones (Version: 2.2) configured to access the mailbox for use primarily with the shared calendar. The problem we are having is that randomly all of the calendar items are being deleted. It seems as if the iPhone is the culprit since the items are all deleted within a few seconds and are placed into the recovery bin of the mailbox, skipping over the deleted items folder. The items can be restored BUT it seems that once or twice a month (randomly) the items are deleted and it's starting to drive me crazy.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

I'm not sure that any E-mail client (Entourage, iPhone, Outlook, etc.)
can move any items directly to the Recovered items folder. A client
would not only have to move the messages but also empty the Deleted
Items folder.

If this is happening on multiple iPhones then I suspect you may have a
server-side Exchange rule causing this behavior. Check your server-side
rules using Outlook.

You might also consider posting your question in the
microsoft.public.exchange.admin newsgroup to see if someone there can
offer some guidance.

Hope this helps!
