When Pubisher 2000 (on Windows XP Professional) starts,
the Catalog does not appear (Options set correctly).
However, it appears to be activated because Publisher
behaves as though it is. i.e., you need to press Esc to
get rid of the invisible Catalog page before you can
proceed (title bar goes deeper blue then). The same
problem occurs with the Office Assistant. It is invisible
but you can hear the little devil beeping away in the
background. The Office Assistant problem occurs on Word
2000 on this machine.
