Missing column breaks in Mac Office 2004

I recently performed an update of Mac Office 2004 and column breaks no longer
appears as a choice under the Insert menu. Does anyone know how I get them
back. Currently I have under the Insert Menu Page Break and Section Break not
the usual Break with the submenu for Page Break, Column Break, Section Break
(next Page), Section Break (continuous), section break (odd page), section
break (even page).
