Missing Columns

Last week I had created new columns under TEXT 6..7..8..etc. and re-named
them. Now this week, I can't locate them. I see the TEXT 6..7..8...etc. but
the work I did last week and the re-named titles I had created are not there.
Please help....

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

Customized views like this are saved with the project. A new project won't
have the customization. Are you opening the old project?

I found the column, but my customize name didn't show up instead the default
name. How do I change the setting?

Hi Anya,

If you actually renamed the field, it should show in the list of
fields under both the renamed field as well as the true field name
(i.e Text6). To rename the field click on the inserted field --
choose Tools > Customize > Fields and click the rename field.
