"Missing command: Scale to fit

I have a user who is coming from Word 2003 on a PC to Word 2008 on a mac. She is having problems because a very helpful feature in WinWord seems to be missing. When printing documents with strange margins, there is a handy feature called "Scale to Fit" which will scale a document on the fly.

In 2008 on a Mac the only thing I can tell her is to guess on the scaling percentage.

Is there a better answer?

In Print Preview's toolbar the button is "Shrink to Fit" - immediately to
the right of the Ruler button.

It is a very useful feature -- and I think it should be more accessible.
It should be under the File menu if you ask me.
